Everyday Leadership:

The Everyday Leadership programme gives participants the skills to build a high-performing team that wants to do well.
This programme is all about showing up every day for your team. Participants learn how to build a team environment where people are able to succeed, how to have the conversations that matter to guarantee everyone is delivering and developing, and how to adapt their leadership style while navigating change and uncertainty.
Programme format
A simple, flexible rhythm
The programme runs over 6 half-day sessions, with space in between to practice and apply what’s been taught.
There are in-person, virtual, or hybrid delivery options available.
However the programme is run, each theme is supported by:

Before each session, participants are sent a short set of prompts to help them think about what’s working, and what challenges they’ll want to be able to address after the session.
Everyone knows what we’re covering in advance, so there are no surprises. Everyone can jump straight in from the very start.

Interactive sessions that make learning social and practical.
We discuss the real-world leadership challenges participants are facing, and build plans to address these.
Everyone gets a chance to share their insights, learn together, and practise new skills in a supportive environment they’ll enjoy coming back to.

Small, practical challenges to try between sessions, so the learning actually shows up where it matters: In the work.
We’ll debrief these tasks together to see what went well, what challenges people faced, and what further learning may be needed.

Your facilitator from Gathered Minds is available between sessions on Teams, Slack, WhatsApp, or wherever the team like to chat.
This becomes a space for everyone to ask questions, share their experiences, and keep the learning alive between workshops.
