Learning that sticks, because it happens every day.
At Gathered Minds, we help teams build skills that turn up when it counts: in the tough meetings, the quick decisions, the everyday moments that shape your business.
Because learning shouldn’t stay in the training room. It should show up tomorrow in how people think, lead, and work together.
Who we are
Gathered Minds is more than a business name, it’s an approach to learning.
Every single person brings their own experiences and strengths to work each day. Our approach to training gives everyone the opportunity to share what they’re good at, and ask questions in the areas where they need to grow.
When a team feels comfortable learning together, they continue to support each other and keep developing long after the workshop has finished.
What we help with
We help people get better at the everyday stuff that makes the biggest difference: how they communicate, how they lead, how they manage their time, and how they show up for each other.
Because when those things click, teams do their best work.
How we’ll work together:
Every business is different, so we meet you where you’re at:
If you need something tailored, we’ll design it with you.
If you want something ready to roll, we’ve got tried-and-tested workshops that can be easily adapted for your team.
Whichever way we go, the focus stays the same, learning that makes sense in the real world.

About me
Hi, I’m Mike Jones and I run Gathered Minds.
I’ve worked in Learning & Development, Training and Leadership roles, and studied Business Psychology to understand how people learn best.
But most importantly, I’m a keen learner myself.
Over the years, I’ve seen how powerful learning can be when it connects to real work.
That’s why I built Gathered Minds. To make development part of everyday life, not something that fades after a workshop.
I’m driven by one thing: helping people grow and succeed in their careers.
Ready to build a culture of everyday learning?
Let’s chat about how we can make learning part of the way your people work, not just something they attend.
